CANUX 2017 TICKETS
For the second consecutive edition in its eighth year history, CanUX will follow a three-day format. While Friday will be dedicate to hands-on workshops, both Saturday and Sunday will feature presentations by thought leaders in the field of user experience from all over the world, and will take place at the Canadian Museum of History (formerly the Canadian Museum of Civilization) Theatre. If you haven’t done so yet, check out the conference program page. Details about the speaker lineup and the sessions will be released starting in the spring of 2017.
If you are purchasing multiple tickets you will be required to enter a separate name for each ticket as individual information is needed for badges and prize draws. Similar to previous years, we encourage you to include your Twitter ID and organization name on the form as it will be displayed on your conference badge. So far we’ve sold out every year, so make sure you buy your tickets early as their availability is limited and the price increases over time.
|CONFERENCE PASSES (EXCLUDES WORKSHOPS):|
|Conference pass||$469 ON SALE NOW!|
|Full day workshop tickets||$299|
|Half day workshop tickets||$59-$199|
All workshops require a minimum number of attendees. If the minimum number of attendees is not reached by Oct 1st, 2017, we reserve the right to cancel the workshops and provide full refunds to the registered participants.
This year we will also inquire about your dietary restrictions. That way we’ll make sure that the appropriate number of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options will be available for our attendees. If you are coming from out of town, you can book our conference hotel rate of CDN$115 / night on the CanUX accomodations page.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR GoC EMPLOYEES REGARDING EVENTBRITE & PAYPAL:
CanUX uses Eventbrite and PayPal to collect ticket payments, and we are aware that some GoC departments and credit cards are PayPal-averse. Nonetheless, having tickets, payments and attendee lists for badges fully integrated streamlines our process quite a bit and as a result, we will not process payments via the phone or emit additional invoices outside the receipts from PayPal and invoices from Eventbrite that are sent automatically.
We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.
TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE BUT ARE FULLY TRANSFERABLE.
If you do transfer your ticket to someone else, please drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know we’ll be expecting someone else. Also, if the new attendee has different dietary restrictions, please let us know as well.
By purchasing tickets, you agree to terms of the CanUX Code of Conduct
