Disney’s Frances Sun Will Feature at CanUX 2025
Infusing Enterprise Creativity with a Dose of Playfulness

Enterprise design, especially B2B design, often scares away designers. The main problem is that B2B design is often seen as not needing creativity, and thus, it’s considered a boring endevour. This talk aims to offer a different perspective on enterprise design by showing actual examples of how Frances approached this situation in the past.
She hopes to convince the audience that enterprise design doesn’t need to be dull, will try to sprinkle some magic dust on your perspective, and maybe even make it feel almost as exciting as a rollercoaster ride – minus the motion sickness, of course.
Speaker Bio: Frances Sun
Frances Sun is a Taiwanese UX and UI designer based in Austin, TX, and has nearly 15 years of experience at top tech and entertainment companies like Lenovo, Dell, and Disney. Currently, she leads the Ad Platforms team at The Walt Disney Company, where she oversees UX for the flagship sales product used across Disney’s linear channels like ABC and ESPN.
Previously, she worked on UX for consumer products such as PC support software and cloud storage at Lenovo, and improving high-end server configurations at Dell. She also considers herself a rookie stand-up comedian.
