Secrets of Successful Collaboration
} Nov 4, 2018 9:15am / 35 MINUTES
As designers, we seek to hear our users’ stories, and put our work through critique after critique. We know that without the engineers and product managers and QA team members on our teams our work remains a shadow on the wall of the cave instead of living in reality. But also, all that collaborating is damn hard. We can make the work we do in close quarters with others easier, and managing stakeholders less painful, by understanding how working together works, and reminding ourselves of the simple secrets of success.
