Kate Tarling Is Our First CanUX 2025 Keynote Speaker
The Service Organization
} Oct 3, 2025 9:00am
Many of us inside large orgs work hard to improve user experience or design better services, only to be thwarted by the organization itself, its governance processes, the separation between teams, unhelpful leadership behaviour or lack of shared goals. What if instead of designing these individual services to work better, we instead designed our entire organizations as end to end services, to work together as more of a whole?
This talk will bring to life what it means to be a true service organization and what these orgs get as a result, with practical examples and ideas for how to actually do it
