Tanya Snook Will Return to Emcee CanUX in 2023

A familiar face is back to emcee CanUX in 2023.

 Emcee Bio: Tanya Snook

We’re delighted to announce that Tanya will return to emcee CanUX in 2023. She is a user experience designer who focuses on citizen and employee experiences for the Government of Canada. She is best known for popularizing the phrase “UX Theatre” to describe the superficial posturing that some organizations do in the place of proper user experience design.

Tanya is a founder and former co-chair of CanUX. She is also a UX champion within the government, co-hosting the Government of Canada UX Network, and previously having co-chaired the national User Experience Working Group (UXWG).
