CANUX 2024 TICKETS

For the sixth consecutive edition in our 13 year history, CanUX will follow a four day format. Similar to last year’s edition, our hands-on workshops will take place on Wednesday and Thursday, while Friday and Saturday will feature main stage presentations by thought leaders in the field of user experience from all over the world. As it was the case in previous editions, the event will take place at the Canadian Museum of History (formerly the Canadian Museum of Civilization) Theatre. View map.

Details about the speaker lineup and the sessions will be released starting in the second half of July 2024.

If you are purchasing multiple tickets you will be required to enter a separate name for each ticket as individual information is needed for badges and prize draws. This is we will display your company/organization name on your conference badge. Make sure you buy your tickets early as their availability at every price level is limited and the price increases over time.

Early bird conference pass $599 + EB fees + GST/QST
Regular price conference pass $699 + EB fees + GST/QST
Late bird conference pass $799 + EB fees + GST/QST
Last chance conference pass $899 + EB fees + GST/QST
WORKSHOP TICKETS:
Workshop tickets (Half Day) $249 + EB fees + GST/QST
Workshop tickets (Full Day) $349 + EB fees + GST/QST

All workshops require a minimum number of attendees. If the minimum number of attendees is not reached by Sept 15, 2023, we reserve the right to cancel the workshops and provide full refunds to the registered participants.

This year we will also inquire about your dietary restrictions. That way we’ll make sure that the appropriate number of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options will be available for our attendees. If you are coming from out of town, we will post our accommodation deals on the CanUX accommodations page in the summer.

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS:
By agreeing to purchase tickets for CanUX 2024, you also agree to abide by any restrictions applicable at the time of the conference according to federal, Quebec and Ontario health regulations. We are working on ensuring that everyone will have both a safe and an enjoyable experience at our second in-person event since the beginning of the pandemic. This may include reducing the number of tickets we put on sale for our 2024 edition, encouraging everyone to do what they feel comfortable with when it comes to mask wearing, offering plenty of sanitizing stations, and changing the registration and lunch setups from previous editions to include additional physical distancing measures.

TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE BUT ARE FULLY TRANSFERABLE UP TO Sept 30th, 2024.
Unless your company is a sponsor, any ticket changes made after Sept 30th, 2024 will be subject to a CDN $50 change fee. If you do transfer your ticket to someone else, please drop us a line at info@canux.io to let us know we’ll be expecting someone else. Also, if the new attendee has different dietary restrictions, please let us know that as well.

If you purchase your tickets after Oct 10th, there is no guarantee that you’ll receive a personalized badge. In the event that our printing company cannot accommodate the last minute additions, you will be provided with a white sticker that will allow you to write your name on the badge.
