Shine On the CanUX Stage: 2025 Call for Speakers

Share your case studies on the CanUX stage!

Are you doing something amazing in the world of experience design or service design? Can you package it up as a case study and share some of the lessons learned? Come share it with us! This is your chance to present on the same stage as the headliners of our CanUX 2025 line-up, in front of hundreds of Canadian designers (no pressure, eh?). Whether you’re thinking of showcasing great design case studies based on ideas that have been brought to reality or projects that went completely off the rails, we’d like to hear them.
No sales pitches, please!

Tell us about…

It could be your earth-shattering idea, plan or concept, how you made it happen, what worked, what didn’t, what you’ve learned or even a demo if you can show us. Or if you think you have something that’s worthwhile to teach, how about a half-day workshop?

Your proposal will be part of a series of short presentations (max. 30 minutes) from any and all experience levels, including first-timers. Basically, if you have something to say, and can tell it passionately, we’d like to hear from you. Bonus: Accepted speakers pay no conference fees and will be paid an honorarium, while workshop instructors will receive a 50% share of the workshop profit.

Accepted entries will be notified by May 31st, 2025.
