How You Can Make Your Organization More Customer Centred
} Nov 6, 2022   2:45PM / 45 MINUTES

Over the past year, we’ve surveyed hundreds of companies to understand how they work, and how well they’re able to support great user experiences. We’ve also spoken to design and business leaders at top performing organizations to get a richer understanding of why they are so different, and what it’s like to work there.

In this presentation, I’ll talk about what a customer centred organization looks like, why not everyone makes it, and specifically what you can do to make your organization more user centred.
