CanUX 2025 Program

The 2025 conference lineup will be progressively revealed during the spring and summer months. This year’s program highlights both Canadian and international user experience and service design-related case studies that cater to diverse interests and perspectives. To stay up-to-date with the latest CanUX 2025 announcements, check this space, our LinkedIn announcements, and/or subscribe to our monthly newsletter. If you’d like to get an idea of what you can expect, you can check out schedules of previous editions by navigating to the “Program History” area on the right of this section (or below the lineup grid if you are on a mobile screen).

This year’s format will be similar to previous editions, with a day of workshops (Thu, Oct 2, 2025), followed by 2 days of single track, plenary conference sessions (Fri-Sat, Oct 3-4, 2025) ranging from 25 to 45 minute timeslots. The Friday schedule will be from 9am to 5pm, while the Saturday schedule will be from 10am to 4pm. 2-day conference tickets include access to the plenary sessions on Friday and Saturday, while workshop tickets must be purchased individually.

The final schedule for CanUX 2025 will be released on August 15th. See you in October!
